Bruce Barcelo at the 39th Annual Health Conference
Bruce Barcelo was asked to be faculty of the 39th Annual Health Conference on December 8th. The audience for this conference was primarily school medical and psychological staff. Bruce spoke on, “The New Look of Nicotine”. As expected, there were many questions and comments after the presentation. At Soter Technologies, we are happy to not only be a part of the solution but also have a hand in education on vape issues as well.
